| Mrs. Helen Alleyne, Chief Executive Officer | | Mrs. Alleyne is a renowned Ultrasound Technologist and is the co-founder of the Arima Diagnostic Clinic. She is also the CEO and founder of the College of Ultrasound Sciences and Imaging Services in Tobago. Mrs. Alleyne has worked in the field of Ultrasound Technology for more than twenty years, having worked in places such as San Fernando General Hospital, Mount Hope Medical Sciences Complex, Doctor’s Inn, she is at present preparing a research proposal for a Ph.D. in an aspect of Ultrasound. Mrs. Alleyne also gives regular tutorial sessions in her specialty area to Physicians and other personnel. Mrs. Alleyne sits on the Board of Directors of the Arima Diagnostic Clinic and will continue to function as such during the implementation of The Arima Diagnostic Clinic Expansion Project.

| Mr. Benjamin Alleyne, Administrative Director | | Mr. B. Alleyne holds a Diploma in Management, University of the West Indies – 1986. He has also been a Public Health Inspector in the Ministry of Health for over 30 years. He is presently the Administrative Director and Head of the Board of Directors for Arima Diagnostic Clinic. Also he is the Local Project Manager for The Arima Diagnostic Clinic Expansion and Implementation Project.

| Dr. Ian Alleyne, Consulting Director | | Dr. Alleyne graduated from University of the West Indies in 1999 with 1st Class Honours in Electrical and Computer Engineering. He also holds a PhD Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. Dr. Alleyne sits on the Board of Directors at the Arima Diagnostic Clinic as a Consulting Director for New Projects and Information Technology. Dr. Alleyne is also responsible for the implementation of The Arima Diagnostic Clinic Expansion Project and collaboration with externals on strategic alliances.

| Ms. Megan Alleyne, Corporate Manager | | Ms. Alleyne holds B.Sc. Radiography and has recently completed her M.Sc. studies in Hospital Management at London Southbank University. Ms. Alleyne sits on the Board of Director and oversees the Accounting and General Management of Arima Diagnostic Clinic; she also makes regular contributions to the management of the remote clinical sites of the Arima Diagnostic Clinic. Ms. Alleyne will continue to as Corporate Director during the implementation of The Arima Diagnostic Clinic Expansion Project.

| Mr. Ron Alleyne, Medical Director | | Mr. R. Alleyne holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Clarkson University, New York – 2000. Obtained an MBA, Shorter College, Rome, GA 2006 and is presently at Morehouse School of Medicine pursing a Degree in Medicine. Mr. R Alleyne currently sits on the Board of Directors of Arima Diagnostic Clinic as a Consulting Director and will continue to sit on the Board as the Medical Director during the implementation of Arima Diagnostic Clinic Expansion Project.

| Mrs. Eleanor Hamilton, Health Services, Administrative Manager | | Mrs. Hamilton brings a wealth of experience gained during her employment at the Ministry of Education. Mrs. Hamilton is currently the Administrative Manager of the Arima Diagnostic Clinic and manages both the Beneficial Eatery and the ADC Pharmacy. Mrs. Hamilton will continue as the Administrative Manager upon the completion of the Arima Diagnostic Clinic Expansion Project.

| Mr. Okon Alleyne, Information Technology Manager | | | Mr. O. Alleyne holds A level and CXC passes in Computer and Information Technology Studies and is presently pursuing enrolment to obtain a degree in Information Technology at a foreign College or University. He is presently employed as the IT Manager and maintains and manages all current IT equipment and software for the Arima Diagnostic Clinic. Mr. O. Alleyne has also been appointed as the Local Information Technology Manager upon the completion of the Arima Diagnostic Clinic Expansion Project. |
